Chris Bennetts is a Sociopath, if you know him them you can see all the traits of a intraspecies predator. He uses charm, manipulation, intimidation, sex and violence to control people. His only goal in life is to satisfy his own selfish needs. He lacks conscience and empathy. He violates social norms without guilt or remorse.

1. Failure to support my child
2. Stalking

While the legislation title refers to violence against women and children it covers a wide range of things that don’t involve any physical violence as is the case with the charges against me.

Here is an overview of it is really all about:

I rented a new two bedroom apartment for my gf in which I supplied aircon, full fridge, dinning table, large tv, sofar set new computer etc no need to go on.

My girlfriend met another foreigner and for about 3 or 4 months he would secretly stay at her apartment. During this time she became very hostile to me and kept the bedroom door locked when i visited where the boyfriend would hide and listen. They were doing shabu 3-4 times a day and she became paranoid and really nasty.

The guy is psychopath who gets off on playing with other peoples lives. Can you image having a girl friend that has a guy hiding behind her bedroom door in the apartment you rent for her.

Anyway one day i returned un-expectantly and pushed the bedroom door open and he was there.

After that they disappeared and would not let me see my son.

I searched for them visiting her relative and finding them one day at a restaurant where there was a scene that resulted in the blotter. No violence. The guy was in a car making faces at me with the windows up.

I stopped paying support – I had no contact at ALL!

OK some facts

Yes there was an arrest warrant but it was withdrawn months ago after I found out about it. My girl friend had ways to contact me but made this charge and then served the papers to an address I was no longer at because I had to flee cebu. Her boyfriend hired Filipino hit men to kill me. I was contacted and warned by the Australian Federal Police and have documented proof of this.

I have appeared twice in court in Cebu. Once to lodge bail and the second time to enter my plea.

I am hopeful now to have the matter resolved out of court

I have no issue supporting my son. Every day for nine months while my girlfriend was pregnant I would talk to the baby inside her and after he was born when I spoke the same way he would smile. I love him.

I am amazed at all these people that don’t know me that can publish allegations without even trying to confirm them.

There is also a lesson here about reading stuff about others on the internet and assuming guilt.

I am prepared to send proof (scans of actual charges against me, bail release etc) to anyone that wants it.

It is disgraceful how anyone can register and then post malicious gossip, defamatory statements, lies and filthy accusations with impunity. What is worse is that people are all too ready to believe the worst about someone just because someone else gets to post their lies first.

I would stand up for his integrity and good name without ever questioning the facts because I will always give him the benefit of the doubt based on my ten years of knowing him. I mentioned to a friend that i had found another stupid post about about me and sent him the URL. I did not expect him respond in my defence but he has.

It had occured to me that I could simply request this entire thread be deleted. I do know the admin personally as he was living in Cebu a few years ago. He already expressed disbelief at the allegations but we lost contact when he moved to Thailand so he could not contact me to ask for verification.

Anyway I dont want the thread removed as yet. I want anyone that has viewed it to have the opportunity to see my response and also allow this philippinesjustice person to answer the questions asked by me and others.

The lies contained in the thread are nothing other than Defamation and libel and i am well withing my rights to request its removal. Had it just said there was an arrest warrent issued for me then that was factual but he went way beyond that into the realms of fantasy.

Gaisano Mactan on May 23rd 2009 (1 day after the warrant for his arrest)
Chris Bennetts boarded Cebu Pacific Flight 570 from Cebu to Manila on May 28th, 2009. It would of been easy to pick Chris up at the airport. We know where he stays in Ermita.
