I can't say. It's one of 100s sites I own. There is no way of telling how much each site makes. It has authority - that's why it might be of value to potential buyers. Price would be based on what it's worth to buyer, not on any numbers.

I just want to get rid of TGPs and Japanese Niche for now because they are a business I do not understand. If I don't get what I want, I will just leave it like it is.

The only additional expense would be transfer of Smart Thumbs license. I assume a buyer will have his/her own hosting.
