Two years and those two guys were not able to settle with court, police and victims? leaves two options, Swedish diplomats pressured local courts to investigate against their own citizens as minors were involved or the guys were really stubborn and have no clues and maybe thought they were innocent as they were just doing illegal development work?! Shaking my head.
